Our State of Jobs Conference (SOJC) is the largest college and career exploration conference in the state of Florida. The audience consists of local high school students in Sarasota, Manatee, Desoto, and Hardee counties. This is an annual event and would be the 7th one.

SOJC has been helping students navigate their post high school goals since 2013. It's designed to raise awareness of career options and inspire students to begin the process of collecting industry specific information. The ultimate goal is to get the “real” facts to students about what it is like to work in each industry. 

This event sponsorship highlights your industry or institution connecting the students to their future in our region. Help guide our young adults to understanding if entering the workforce or higher education is right for them!

This event brings some of the most connected minds on entrepreneurship together under one roof. Come learn how entrepreneurs are a force for change, no longer a group with narrow commercial significance.
