Emsi chief executive officer Andrew Crapuchettes [KRA – pu – shets] leads America’s most successful labor market analytics firm and is a foremost expert on economic, labor, and talent market analytics.

Joining Emsi as its third employee in 2001, Mr. Crapuchettes built the company into a market-leading team of nearly 300 employees, with thousands of domestic and international clients across business, academics, and government entities. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and his colorful weekly data analyses video series “Beer with Emsi” has earned him a growing following among the data world.

In addition to helping launch several other businesses, Mr. Crapuchettes has taught classes on 3D modeling and software architecture at the university level. He currently serves on the board of directors for a national nonprofit education association, and he has volunteered his time with several local community organizations.

Mr. Crapuchettes began his career in Silicon Valley, working with various technology, software design, and 3D modeling projects, including business process automation for companies such as Fleetwood, Applied Materials, Triad Speakers, and others. He and his family moved to north Idaho in 2000.
